Are you pregnant or have you recently given birth? Symmetry Gym can help you stay in shape and/or get your body back. Our trainers have worked with many women who either wish to maintain their weight during pregnancy or lose weight after pregnancy.
If you wish to maintain a healthy weight and lifestyle during pregnancy, your trainer will develop a specialised training plan to help you achieve your goals while keeping your baby safe. Taking into consideration how far along you are, your physical history, and more, we will create and design a training plan specifically for you, which follows the philosophy of our Fission Fusion Training System developed by our founder, Amir Siddiqui.
Your plan will only include recommended exercises for pregnant women. Therefore, you will only undertake physical activity that you are comfortable with, and you will not experience strenuous or vigorous activity that your body is not used to. More importantly, your trainer will never put you in a position that harms your baby or has a negative impact on your pregnancy.
The experience and effects of giving birth are unique for every woman. After your pregnancy, your trainer will monitor you closely and evaluate your fitness regime to ensure it meets your needs and comfort level. With pregnancy-specific training, we help you work toward your personal goals at the right pace, without putting pressure on your body too soon after giving birth.
